SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING:

UK: Order before 3pm for next day delivery, anything ordered after 3pm will be shipped the following day and will be received within 48 hours. Free shipping for orders over £150.00.

Australia: All items will shipped by FedEx Express Delivery and will be received within 5-8 working days. Free shipping for orders over $300

UAE: All items will shipped by FedEx Express Delivery and will be received within 5-8 working days. Free shipping for orders over 750 AED.

Rest of the World: All items will shipped by FedEx Express Delivery and will be received within 5-8 working days.

RETURNS: If you change your mind and wish to return your item(s), please email returns@scorpiorizing.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see the returns process below:

UK: Free returns, a Royal Mail postage label will be shared with you and all returns are to be posted via your local Post Office. Returns postage costs are non-refundable

Australia: A Fedex returns form will be shared with you and all returns will be collected by Fedex from your shipping address, a charge of 15 GBP will be deducted from the total refund amount.

UAE: A Fedex returns form will be shared with you and all returns will be collected by Fedex from your shipping address, a charge of 15 GBP will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Rest of the World: A Fedex returns form will be shared with you and all returns will be collected by DHL from your shipping address, a charge of 15 GBP will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refund process: all items will be subject to a full inspection once received back. Upon passing inspection, the refund will then be initiated onto the original method of payment within 10-15 working days.

EXCHANGES: We don't offer exchanges to our customers. If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order through the website.
