SHIPPING:

UAE: Order before 8 pm for free next day delivery in the UAE, or order before 3pm for same day delivery (charge of 45 AED). All orders will be delivered by our 3rd party handler, who will contact you to arrange the delivery.

UK: Order before 3pm for next day delivery, anything ordered after 3pm will be shipped the following day and will be received within 48 hours.

Rest of the World: All items will shipped by DHL Express Delivery and will be received within 3-5 working days.

RETURNS: If you change your mind and wish to return your item(s), please email returns@scorpiorizing.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see the returns process below:

UAE: Free returns, a courier will come to collect the return from your shipping address.

UK: Free returns, a Royal Mail postage label will be shared with you and all returns are to be posted via your local Post Office.

Rest of the World: A DHL returns form will be shared with you and all returns will be collected by DHL from your shipping address, a charge of 10 USD will be deducted from the total refund amount.

EXCHANGES: We don't offer exchanges to our customers. If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order through the website.
